Our campsite is open from 1 April to 29 september 2023

Our phone lines are open :

• From 03 January to 31 March 2023: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
  from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2. 30pm to 5. 30pm.
• From 01 April to 30 June 2023 – 01 September to 30 Septembre 2023 7/7  Monday to Friday.
  from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2. 30pm to 5. 30pm. Weekend : 10 am to 12.30pm and 2. 30pm to 5. 30pm.
• From 01 July to 31st August 2023 7/7
  from 9am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 7pm

How to prepare my arrival at the campsite ?

Access Barriers :
The gates are open from 7am to 22:30, you can access the campground during the day thanks to the magnetic card that will be provided to you when you check in at reception. If you arrive after the closing of the gates, you are asked to park your car in the visitor parking free camping and join your site on foot. In case of late arrival please contact us at the office during opening hours: 02 28 11 42 90.

Remember, no vehicle traffic is allowed on the campsite between 11.00 p.m. ET 7am for security and respect sleep of everyone.

Deposit / security deposit :
To ensure compliance of our locations, we will ask for a deposit (not cashed) 250 € for the equipment and 70 € for cleaning on the day of arrival at the keys. This deposit by check, cash or credit card imprint will be returned after the inventory by a team member from the campsite.

State of Play / cleaning fee :
Upon arrival, thank you to check the general condition of your rental and report as soon as possible every breach or possible repair. Thank you kindly go to the campsite reception 3 days before your departure to arrange an appointment status of fixtures the day of departure. If you wish you can also choose the final cleaning option at a price of € 70.

Pet :
Pets are allowed on the campsite, only 1 per pitch or rented accommodation (aged more than one year and less than 6kg in rental accommodation) moyenant a fee payable when booking. They must be kept on a leash and be tattooed. Dogs 1st and 2nd categories are intredits field. We ask you to present the updated vaccination card upon arrival.

Vehicle parking :
A parking space for your car is planned next to your rental for free. Know that the campsite offers free parking at the entrance of the site.

Visitors : 
Visitors are required to report to reception before entering the campsite and leave their vehicles in the car park at the entrance. They are the responsibility of the campers who receive them and should set the visitor rate in force. Management reserves the right to deny access to the pool to visitors during the high season.

Linen : 
Rental of disposable sheets at the price of 15 € and 10 € full dress the little ornament for the stay. Pillows, duvets and mattress covers are at your disposal in rentals.

Baby equipment : 
Cot hire: € 15 weekly

Equipment loan : 
European standard plug loan (deposit)
Loan of iron and ironing board (deposit)

Practical information

Arrival and departure days

Low season:
You can choose your arrival day free for a stay in low season. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights rentals. Booking fees accomodation are free for any stay in the off season.
In high season:
Rentals are for entire week, arrival on Sunday from 16h and departure before 10am appointment to availability schedule. The locations can be rented per night from 14.30 the day of arrival and vacated by 12am on day of departure. Reservation fee is 18 euros for rental and 10 euros for locations.

Paying for your stay : 
Booking a campsite pitch: € 80 + € 10 booking fee for stays realized in July and August, the balance on arrival.
Booking a rental: 30% of the stay + 18 € booking fees. The balance must be cashed within 30 days prior to arrival; if necessary, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you pay the whole stay when booking.
Payment: Cheque or CCP (check payments will not be accepted on site within 30 days of arrival); money order ; checks holidays ANCV (whole with high heel) and credit card (secure payment in our website).

Cancellation Insurance :
An optional but recommended cancellation insurance can be taken out (3.5% of total price paid in full upon booking and non refundable). This option can not be taken out after payment of the deposit. More info here: https://www.campingalizes.com/usermedia/document-635581305834785548-2.pdf
