* The insurance premium must be paid in full when you book and is not refundable. The premium amounts to 3.5% of the total cost of the holiday with a minimum of 15€ (excluding booking fee and occupancy tax).
* In the event of an accident you must inform the insurance company within 5 days.
* The cancellation conditions are available on request or can be consulted on-line below.
* The cancellation insurance includes the refund of all amounts paid before your arrival as well as the amount for each day not spent on the campsite due to an early departure.
* No refunds will be made if you have not subscribed to the cancellation insurance.
